From professional to human: About me.
Determination is a virtue that distinguishes me not only as a lawyer. As a former professional athlete, I am very familiar with highly competitive fields. I have applied this team spirit to my professional work and see myself more as part of the team than as an external consultant. After studying law in Frankfurt am Main, I networked with the finance and banking world, worked for five years in a large law firm and most recently for two years as General Partner and CLO in venture capital. I advised the largest venture debt funds in Europe, such as Claret, Kreos, Bootstrap, Viola Credit, Silicon Valley Funds, and during this time I financed over 60 start-ups for my clients (worth approximately 700 million) and drafted the necessary documents. In addition to advising young companies, classic financing transactions are also among my core competencies.

We check potential projects without any obligation and transfer them into a successful funding in a way that is as resource-saving as possible for you. We accompany companies from the identification of projects, through the application to the proof of use. The remuneration is 100% success-dependent.
