My name is Georg Havlik. I am a lawyer (Rechtsanwalt) in Frankfurt am Main, advising companies, founders, investors and family offices on corporate law, company acquisitions and financing.
I see myself as part of my clients' team rather than as an outside adviser.

Experience
At commercial law firms – Taylor Wessing and Momentum Rechtsanwälte – I worked on transactions, financings and corporate law matters. Since 2025, I have been providing pragmatic legal advice at my own law firm, HK Legal: precise legal work combined with an understanding of how contracts and disputes arise in practice and how to resolve them.
